Arrange
This section allows you to organize the different sections of your website. It’s recommended to revisit this page after you’ve created your content sections to fine-tune the layout.
Header (Previously Banner)
- Heading: Enter the main title for your website’s header.
- Sub-heading: Add a secondary, descriptive line of text below the heading.
- Image: Upload an image to display in your website’s header.
Business Hours
Here, you can display your business hours. You can even add multiple time slots for a single day if needed.
Menu / Services List
This section is used to showcase a list of your services or a menu. You can use our provided template (download link available), fill it in, and then upload the updated file to display the items on your website.
Call to Action
If you want to encourage visitors to take a specific action, use this section. You can add:
- Title: A compelling heading for your call to action.
- Paragraph Text: Descriptive text explaining the call to action.
- Button Text: The text that will appear on the button.
- URL: The website address the button will link to.
Custom Link
This area allows you to add a custom link to your website’s navigation menu.
Scheduling
Add a title and brief description to this section to link to an external scheduling tool like Calendly. Include the text for your button, the link to your scheduler, and a background image for this section.
About Us
This section appears near the top of your website and lets you showcase a photo. Enter your descriptive text and upload an image (recommended size: 550 x 550px).
Video
Enter a title for your video section and paste the URL from YouTube or Vimeo for the video you want to display.
Gallery
You can add up to 8 photos to create a visual gallery on your website. Enter a title and description for the gallery, and then upload your images. They will be displayed in a carousel format.
Services
By default, this section displays three service areas. You can add more services by clicking the designated button. For each service:
- Enter a heading.
- Write a description. Need help? Use our built-in AI tool! Simply enter a prompt and click the AI button.
- Upload an image or icon to represent the service.
Contact Us
Provide your contact information here, including your address, email address, and phone number, so visitors can easily get in touch.
Social Media
Social media icons will appear on your website if you enter the corresponding URLs for your different social media platforms.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
To help search engines like Google find and index your website effectively, it’s crucial to provide the following information for each page:
- Title: The title that will appear in search results.
- Description: A brief summary of the page’s content.
- Keywords: Relevant terms that people might use to search for your website.
Privacy Policy
Katika provides a standard privacy policy for your website. You have the option to edit this text to match your specific needs and legal requirements.
Terms of Service
Katika offers a general terms of service agreement for your website. You can customize this text to align with your specific website usage terms.
Settings
- Logo: Upload your company logo, which will be displayed at the top of your website’s navigation area.
- Favicon: Upload your website’s favicon (the small icon that appears in browser tabs). If you need to create one, you can use a tool like www.favi.co.
- Theme Color: Choose the color scheme for your website using the Template dropdown menu.
- Footer Text: Enter the name or text you want to appear in the footer section of your website.
